Content operations, without the black box

From spark
to proof.

QueueCraft is a content studio that runs entirely in your browser. Capture the idea with its brief intact, adapt it into native shapes for five networks, schedule it on weekly rails, and export a packet a human actually reviewed.

How it works

A pipeline you can inspect

Capture the spark

Every idea keeps its pillar, hook, and goal from the first keystroke. The brief travels with the work instead of living in someone's head.

Adapt, don't rewrite

The composer applies visible, deterministic formatting rules per channel - character budgets, line breaks, hashtag placement. No hidden model silently rewrites your intent.

Ship with receipts

Approval is a recorded decision. Metrics are observations you entered with a source URL and a timestamp. Export the whole workspace and walk away any time.

Idea pipeline

Capture with the brief intact

A board of ideas with content pillar, hook, and goal attached. Ideas move into composition without copy-paste archaeology, and nothing loses its reason for existing.

Pillars

Five content pillars

Teach, build in public, customer story, point of view, community. Pillar-level stats show which themes actually earn engagement.

Hooks

Hook preserved

The hook field is required, because the angle is the idea. It stays visible through every downstream variant.

Goals

Goal per idea

Conversation, awareness, traffic, or signup - so the review desk can judge a post against what it was for.

Channel composer

One intent. Native shapes.

Pick an idea, write the master copy once, and generate variants for LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, and X. Every transformation is a rule you can read in the docs - not a model you have to trust.

Deterministic

Visible formatting rules

Character budgets, truncation behavior, and link placement per network are documented and stable.

Campaign tags

Tagged from birth

Variants carry campaign tags into scheduling, QA, and insights, so drift checks and reporting stay coherent.

No lock-in

Copy out anything

Variants exist to be copied into the real network. Nothing pretends to publish on your behalf.

Calendar and queues

Your rhythm, on rails

Set weekly posting slots once; queueing a variant assigns the next open slot automatically. A month grid, a weekly cadence goal, and a best-time suggestion derived from your own recorded observations.

Weekly slots

Recurring rails

Per-channel weekday and time slots. Queue once, and the calendar fills itself forward.

Cadence goal

Visible targets

Set 1-21 posts per week and see the plan against the goal, not against a vibe.

Evergreen refill

No dead air

Refill open slots from evergreen variants in one click when the pipeline runs dry.

Review desk

Approval is evidence

Status means status

Four honest states

Planned, approved, manually posted, and verified are separate. A calendar time is never treated as delivery, and nothing marks itself done.

Portable

JSON and CSV out

Export the entire workspace as JSON, or a posting CSV for your records. Import a workspace back and pick up where you left off.

Manual insights

Learn from receipts

You check the network; QueueCraft keeps the books. Every metric stores the live post URL, the observation time, and the raw counts beside every derived rate.

Heatmap

When your posts land

Engagement by weekday and hour, built only from observations you recorded yourself.

Trends

Rates over time

Engagement-rate trend lines per campaign, with the raw counts one click away.

Recommendations

Next best actions

Suggestions computed from your receipts - and labeled as such, never as network truth.

Governed library

Know what you can publish

Rights

Every asset has a basis

Owned, licensed, permission recorded, public domain, or not verified. Blocked assets stay out of circulation until their rights clear.

Accessibility

Alt text required

An asset cannot enter the library without a real description. Accessibility is a gate, not an afterthought.

Expiry

Review dates

Time-boxed assets carry an expiry so stale creative does not linger in the queue.

Snippets

Reusable copy blocks

CTAs, disclosures, hashtag sets, and boilerplate - saved once, reused exactly, audited everywhere.

Local-first

Your workspace never leaves this browser

QueueCraft has no server, no account system, and no analytics. Ideas, variants, schedules, decisions, and audit notes live in local storage and export as JSON or CSV. Delete the workspace and it is gone - because it was only ever yours.
